HOWTO USE THE TIME MENU CONTROLS

his television comes with an onscreen clock. You can set the TV to turn itself on or off at a specific time, once or Tdaily.

Follow these steps for Digital Mode and Analog Mode.

Press MENU button on the remote control to display onscreen menu.

Press CURSOR or to scroll through the onscreen menu until you see Time highlighted.

Press CURSOR or to display the TIME menu features.

Press CURSOR or to scroll through the time features until you see Time Setting highlighted. Press CURSOR or to display its submenu.

Press CURSOR or until one of the options

,

(Today s Date, Clock, Update Clock, Off Time or On Time) is highlighted.

Make adjustments to the selected items by following

the steps below:

Today s Date - Use the NUMERIC buttons to enter the date in the format of MM/DD/YYYY.

Clock - Use the NUMERIC buttons to enter a time or use CURSOR or to select a time. Press OK to toggle between AM and PM.

Cur. CHTime - This line exists only in Digital mode, displaying the time extracted from the current viewing channel.

Update Clock - only available in Digital mode. Use

CURSOR or to update the time displayed on

Clock line and make it be consistent with the time of

Cur.CH Time. Once updating finishes,

Done will appear.

 

Off Time - Set how often the timer turn itself off at a certain time. Use CURSOR or to select Off, Daily or Once. Use NUMERIC buttons to enter a time or use CURSOR or to select a time. Press OK to

toggle between AM and PM.

NOTE:,,TV Switching Off will appear during the last minute before the TV switches off. If there is any operation done during the last minute, Off timer is cancelled.

On Time - Set how often the timer turn itself on at a certain time. Use CURSOR or to select Off, Daily or Once. Use NUMERIC buttons to enter a time or use CURSOR or to select a time. Press OK to toggle between AM and PM.

NOTE: If you press and hold CURSOR or , time will change by 10 minutes.

When finished, press CLEAR button to clear the menu from the TV screen.
