EMERGENCY ALERT

EMERGENCY ALERT

Emergency Alert lets you display or discard emergency alerts for Low or Medium priority. This feature is only available in Digital mode.

 

Press MENU on the remote control to display

1 the onscreen menu.

 

Press CURSOR > to scroll through the

2 onscreen menu until you see Install highlighted.

 

Press CURSOR > to display the install menu

3 features.

Press CURSOR > to scroll through

the Install features until you see Emerg

Alert highlighted.

Press CURSOR > to display the Emergency

Alert options.

6 Use CURSOR < or > to scroll through the menu and highlight the Low or Medium priority alerts.

7Now use CURSOR > to toggle between Present or Discard. If Present is selected, the TV will display the alert of that priority. If Discard is selected, the TV will not display the alert of that priority.

8When finished, press MENU three times to exit the menu from the TV screen.

FACTORY CHANNEL RESET

F ctory Channel Reset feature lets you erase the contents of the master, user and favorite channel lists. This restores the TV o the initial state before the first Auto Program operation. This feature is only available in Digital Mode. For instructions on

how to Auto Install the TV again, refer to page 9.

1 Press MENU on the remote control to display the onscreen menu.

2 Press CURSOR > to scroll through the onscreen menu until you see Install highlighted.

3 Press CURSOR > to display the Install menu features.

4 Press CURSOR > to scroll through the Install features until you see Fact CH Reset highlighted.

5 Press CURSOR > to follow the instructions in the menu to reset the TV.

6 When finished, press MENU button on the remote control three times to exit
