Timer Recording

You may not be able to record a program from TV or from another device connected to this recorder, if the source material is copy-protected (e.g. set in ‘Copy- Once’ or ‘Copy-Never’ modes)..

You CANNOT record/copy a rented or purchased video/ disc from another device (video cassette recorder, DVD player, DVD recorder, etc.) connected to this recorder.

This DVD recorder adopts the DVD+VR recording format, which enjoys a relatively greater compatibility. However, it is still likely that recordings made with this recorder may not be able to be played back on other DVD recorders or DVD players.

Introducing Timer Record Menu

Press TIMER to display the Timer Record menu.

If your model supports the G-Code system, you can presson a highlighted program to switch between the ‘Date/Time Setting’ mode and the ‘G-Code Setting’ mode.

Indicate function of canceling designated program setting. Highlight this icon and press OK to clear settings.

The TV channel(s) as recording source .

Recording frequency.

Recording date.

Recording time slot .

The status of preset timer program(s).

: Timer Program successfully activated.

: Timer Program not successfully activated.

Next Page: Press to switch to the next page. Exit: Press to exit the Timer Record menu.

The timer program list is automatically sorted by system according to the start time of each program, regardless of its recording mode, recording frequency, or the order you enter the timer settings.

You can set up a maximum of 16 programs for timer recording, which will be displayed on two separate pages. If the number of preset programs is less than eight, only one page will be displayed, and the ‘Next Page’ button will not be shown.
