In this step start by sliding one Aluminum Ring on both the right and left handles. Then slide on one Rubber Grip on each side. Place an Aluminum End Cap on the end of the handle. Once all three pieces (per side) are in place, secure the End Caps, slide the Rubber Grip flush with the End Cap, and slide the Aluminum Rings flush with the Rubber Grips and secure. Same process for the back handle of the Seated Frame Assembly. Next use a spray can of 3M Contact 80 Neoprene Adhesive by spraying an “X” pattern and also around the edges. Now attach the Rubber Foot Pad to the Foot Rest Assembly as shown. Wrench tighten screws.
