1 Harness Strap Adjustment:

• To tighten: Pull front adjuster strap (fig. a).

• To loosen: While pressing harness adjuster lever, pull harness

Carry Handle Operation - Carry handle has three positions (fig. c):

A.Carrying position

B.Vehicle use position and rocking position

C.Reclined seat position

To change carrying handle position:

Push in handle buttons on each side of handle 1 (fig. d).

Rotate handle forward or backward 2 until it locks into the proper use position.

IMPORTANT: Check to be sure carry handle is locked before lifting car seat.

Base Adjustment:

Turn recline adjustment knob to raise base (fig. a).

Push-in red recline adjustment button at center of recline adjustment knob and turn knob to lower base.

Infant Insert:

WARNING

• To prevent ejection:

Shoulder belts MUST be through belt slots in infant insert.

-For proper harness fit, infant insert MUST be used for small infants.

Discontinue use of infant insert when:

-Child’s shoulders are above middle belt slots in seat back of car seat.

-Shoulder belts become too short to fit infant (approximately 5 months of age).

Canopy:

Secure snaps on side of canopy to seat pad, hook canopy over back of car seat and pull canopy forward (fig. b).
