LANIER – 1/3rd Scale Laser 200 ARF -INSTRUCTIONS

15.Using asharp hobby blade,cutthecovering away from thewing tubeand locating pin holes. You m ay wantto sealthecovering down with CA orasealing iron.

16.Testfitthewingtubethroughthefuselage.Use arulerto help centerthetubein thefuse,then m ark thealignm entwith aperm anentm arker.

17.Tem porarily m ountthewing on thewing tube, sliding thedowelsin thelocatorholes. Be carefulto keep thetubecentered in thefuse.

18.Locatethe(2)6-32 x 1”bolts. W ith thewings tightagainstthefuse,Drill(2)0.1” holes through thealum inum tube.

19. Usea6-32 tap to thread theholesin thetube.

20.Countersink thehard points1/8”deep with a 1/4”drillbit. W ork carefully to keep thewood from splitting.

21.Testfittheboltsintheholes. Putthreadlockon oneboltand covertheboltholewith 3m vinyl tape. Leavethisboltin placeperm anently.

22.W hen ready forflying,put3M clearvinyltape overtheotherbolt.
