Setting Macro Mode:
1.The Macro Mode Switch is located in the front of the camera. Slide the Macro Mode Switch to ( 
) to set the Macro mode.
• The Macro icon ( 
) will be displayed on the LCD.
Taking a picture in Macro Mode:
1.Frame the subject in the LCD.
•The best shooting distance is at 20 cm. (7.9 in.)
•
2.Press the Shutter button fully to take the picture.
•The camera will beep when the image is captured if sound is activated.
Note: Pictures in Macro Mode taken beyond the recommended distance of 20cm (7 in) will be blurry.
IMAGE RESOLUTION
Image Resolution determines the size of a captured image. Higher resolution images contain more details and have larger file sizes.

1.When Image Size is highlighted in the (
