Changing the Date/Time

You can change the initial date and time settings.

zSelect [Date Adjust] on the [ Set-up] menu.

xPress the four-way controller ( ). The date screen will be displayed.

See “Setting the Date and Time” (p.20) for the setting proce- dure.

Setting the World Time

The city and time selected in “Initial Settings” (p.18) serve as the Home Time setting.

You can display the time in a city other than the Home Time city (World Time) when shooting or playing back.

The World Time screen will be dis- played.

: The time in the country selected in World Time will be dis-

played.

: The time in the country selected in Home Time will be dis-

played.

vPress the four-way controller ( ).

If New York is selected as the world time city, then the

cross-shapes line is located in New York on the world map,

and then indicates the current time in New York (NYC).

b Use the four-way controller ( ) to select the World Time city and press the four-way controller ( ).

on the LCD monitor will move to ( ).

nSelect [DST] On ( ) or Off ( ) with the four-way con-

troller ( ) and press the four-way controller ( ).

The frame will move to [ ] (home time city).

Use the four-way controller ( ) to change the Home Time city and DST setting.

mPress the OK button twice.

The camera is ready to capture or play back images with the time in the selected city.
