Taking pictures and videos

Setting	Icon	Options
Video Size		320 x 240 (default)
Choose pixel dimensions.		640 x 480
This setting remains until you
change it.
Video Length		Continuous, 5, 15, or 30 seconds
Choose a default video length
(useful in self-timer videos).
This setting remains until you
turn the Mode dial or turn off the
camera.

Using setup to customize your camera

1In any mode, press the Menu button.

2Press to highlight Setup , then press the OK button.

3Press to highlight a setting, then press the OK button.

4Choose an option, then press the OK button.

5Press the Menu button to exit.

Return to previous menu.
Quickview		On (default)
Display a picture or video (for 5		Off
seconds) after it is taken.
Advanced Digital Zoom		Continuous —no pause between
Choose how digital zoom is		optical and digital zoom.
employed.		Pause (default)—after reaching 4X
		optical zoom, the zoom button must be
		released, then activated again to begin
		digital zoom.
		None—digital zoom is disabled.
