Exposure compensation

The camera exposure can be adjusted to make the final picture lighter or darker by as much as ±1.5Ev in 0.3 increments. Exposure compensation is set in the recording menu (p. 35). When set to any value other than 0.0, the exposure-compensation value remains in the top left corner of the monitor as a warning.
