When you adjust speakers while DISC DIRECT is functioning, follow the procedures described below.

If you wish to enjoy multi-channel sound reproduction, you need to select “Multi-channel” on the setup menu and make following adjustments.

When you select “2-channel”, that is, when connecting to only 2 speakers or a Dolby Pro Logic decoder, the following adjustments are not necessary.

Change the settings of each speaker in accordance with your speaker system.

1Press the cursor buttons (u, d, j, i) to select a speaker and press ENTER.

2Press the cursor buttons (u, d) to select the setting and press ENTER.

Choices of the speaker size L: Large, Small

R: Large, Small

C:Large, Small, None SW: Used, Not used LS: Large, Small, None RS: Large, Small, None

The size of L is set to be the same as that of R. Therefore, if you select Large for L, the size of R is automatically set to Large. This also applies to the sizes of LS and RS.
