If it is initial access to NetworKam in Windows, the Internet Explorer will ask to install a new plug-in that is provided by NetworKam. This plug-in has been registered for certificate and is used to display

motioned pictures in the Internet Explorer. Users may click on to install the plug-in. If the web browser does not allow the user to install, check the security option to lower security levels or contact network supervisors. However, Mac users or Netscape Communicator users does not need to install it. The web browser has already supported the motioned pictures internally.
