To set the sleep delay:

1.Select Preferences in the Advanced menu.

2.Select Sleep in the PREFERENCES menu. The SLEEP menu appears with the REC sleep delay underlined.

3.Press /until the desired delay appears.

4.Press OK to set the REC sleep delay and move to the PLAY sleep delay.

5.Press /until the desired delay appears.

6.Press OK to set the PLAY sleep delay and exit the menu.

Date & Time

Each image is tagged electronically with the date and time it was taken. So it is important to make sure the date and time are set prop- erly.

To set the date and time:

1.Select Date & Time in the Advanced menu. The SET DATE & TIME screen appears with the month underlined.

2.Press /until the desired month appears.

3.Press OK to set the month and move to the day.

4.Continue to press /and OK to set the date and time.

5.Press OK to confirm the date and time or select Exit to leave them unchanged.

You can exit the menu any time by pressing .

Automatic

The Automatic option in the Advanced menu restores all the cam- era’s advanced settings to their automatic defaults.
