3. Control Panel Keys and Indicators

Film Type Key: Rotates between Auto, Nega, and Posi each time the key is pressed.

1)Auto: The scanner automatically determines between the film type options of negative or positive for print production.

2)Nega: Select when using negative film. Dark and light values of the print will be reversed.

3)Posi: Select when using positive film. Dark and light values of the print will be consistent with the im- age on film.

Exposure Adjustment Use this key to adjust the image density of the image to be

Keys:printed during the Auto or Manual Exposure mode. The Darker key supports darker image density and the Lighter key supports lighter image density.

Exposure Mode Key: Press to select between the Auto or Manual Exposure mode.

Exposure Display: Indicates the current density level of the printed image.

Exposure Mode Indica- Auto Exposure mode is indicated when the green Auto

tor:light is on. The green Auto light turns off when the Scanner is in the Manual Exposure mode.

Multi-Print Display: Shows the number of prints set to be made. Also displays corresponding codes in the event of a malfunction or paper misfeed. The blinking number in this display indicates the Scanner in operation.

Add Toner Indicator: Blinks when the Imaging Cartridge or Toner Cartridge of the Printer is running out of toner and lights up when the cartridge has completely run out of toner.
