Error 02 – Media Seating Failed

Possible	Media has buckled in the drum.
Cause:
Recovery	Load Failure: Select Set Up/Motor Control/All Motors Reverse. Retract 135
	inches of media.
Methods:
	Advance Failure: Select Media/Cut and Unload.
Error 03 – Excessive Media Slip
Possible	Load Failure: Leading edge of media has excessive curl or a folded corner. This
	will create excessive drag as media travels between the media guides and the

	drum.
Recovery	Load Failure: Select Set Up/Motor Control/All Motors Reverse. Retract 135

Error 04 – Infeed Timeout Fault
Possible	User took too long to feed media into the machine.

Recovery	Reload media.

Error 05 – Media Guide Location Unknown
	A) The media has come off the drum surface and is causing drag against the
