DSP (Digital Signal Processor) playback

Effective Sound Adjustment

XD-951/A900/A700 (En)

The DSP mode uses the digital processing capability of the DSP to create the reverberation components (factors of sound reflections in a variety of spaces), that determine the feeling of presence, without altering the quality of the music source.

DSP mode

The DSP mode creates the ambiance of a hall, disco or live house from any kind of program source. This mode is particularly effective when listening to a stereo program source such as a CD, TV and FM broadcasting. Although the DSP mode can create a simulated stereo surround effect from a monaural source, the proper effect may not be obtained depending on the played software.
