Important safeguards for you and your new product

THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN MANUFACTURED AND TESTED WITH SAFETY IN MIND. IMPROPER USE, HOWEVER, CAN RESULT IN POTENTIAL ELECTRICAL SHOCK OR FIRE HAZARDS. TO AVOID DEFEATING THE SAFEGUARDS THAT HAVE BEEN BUILT INTO THE NEW PRODUCT, PLEASE READ AND OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING SAFETY POINTS WHEN INSTALLING AND USING THIS PRODUCT.

1.Read these instructions.

2.Keep these instructions.

Retain the safety and operating instructions for future reference.

3.Heed all warnings.

Adhere to all warnings on the product and in the oper- ating instructions.

4.Follow all instructions.

Follow all operating and use instructions.

5.Do not use this apparatus near water.

Do not use this product near water or moisture or in an area, such as a basement, that might become flooded.

6.Clean only with dry cloth.

Unplug this product before cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol cleaners.

7.Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. This product is designed to fit in a rack. The ventilation slots and openings in the cabinet are provided to ensure reliable operation of the product and to protect it from overheating. These openings must not be blocked or covered.

8.Do not install near any heat sources, such as radia- tors, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.

9.Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding- type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong are pro- vided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.

10.Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, particularly at plugs, convenience recepta- cles, and the point where it exits from the apparatus.

11.Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.

12.Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specified by the manufacturer or sold with the apparatus. When a cart is used, use caution when moving the cart/apparatus combination in order to avoid injury from tip-over.

Do not place this product on a slippery or tilted surface, or on an unstable cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table. Any mounting of the product should follow the manu- facturer’s instructions.

PORTABLE CART WARNING

13.Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.

14.Wall or Ceiling Mounting

This product should be mounted to a wall or ceiling only as recommended by the manufacturer. The prod- uct may slide or fall, causing serious injury to a child or adult and serious damage to the product.

15.Transporting Product

A product and cart combination should be moved with care. Quick stops, excessive force, and uneven surfac- es may cause the product and cart combination to overturn.

16.Disconnect Device

The AC mains plug is used as the disconnect device. The disconnect device must remain readily operable. Be sure to grasp the plug when unplugging the power cord.
