Receive MIDI ring tones
Note: This is a network operator dependent service.
Copyright protections may prevent some images, music (including ring tones) and other content from being copied, modified, transferred or forwarded.
When the device receives a ring tone message, it displays a ring tone alert message. Select Show to view the ring tone message, or view the Inbox if multiple ring tones are available. Select Exit to return to standby mode and discard the ring tone. To retrieve a waiting ring tone, select Retrieve.
The message is stored in the Inbox.
Select Options when viewing the waiting ring tone message for the following functions:
Play—Play the ring tone for your review.
Save &
Open
This option only appears when at least one ring tone is saved.

Send items and drafts
The Sent items folder stores copies of the messages that you have sent.
The Drafts folder stores messages that you saved while you were writing them. To save a message while writing, select Options > Save message.
While viewing a message,
select Options for other functions.
Distribution lists
If you need to send messages frequently to a fixed group of recipients, you can define a distribution list and use it to send a message. You can define up to
6distribution lists, each with up to
10recipients. The device sends a text message to each recipient separately. Contacts removed from the contact list are automatically removed from their distribution lists.
Define a distribution list
1.In standby mode, select Menu > Messages > Distribution lists. Highlight an empty list and select Options > Add list.
2.Enter a name for the list, and select OK.
