To receive all calls, make sure that none of the features «Conditional call forward» or «unconditional call forward» is activated (see page 74).

Some features are network de- pendent. They are only avail- able, therefore, if the network or your subscription supports them. Contact your operator for detailed information on this subject.

Check that the SIM card has been inserted in the right po- sition (see page 7). If the problem remains, your SIM card might be damaged. Con- tact your operator.
