Your mobile phone features an Organiser which allows you to manage and co-ordinate various events including meetings.

Events can be viewed in different ways (day, week or month views), can be changed or deleted at any mo- ment, as well as repeated according to specific frequen- cies. The “Organiser alerts” (see page 25) allow you to be alerted by a beep when events are due (e.g., 5 mn be- fore a meeting).

Also, data exchanges and synchronisation of your or- ganiser can be performed via a USB cable connected to your phone and to the external device.

As for the Extras menu, it features easy-to-use items such as a Calculator, an Alarm clock, Call counters which will let you manage your call costs, memo and conversation recording.
