Advanced Operation

Diverting Calls

Voice calls can be diverted using different circumstances and to different numbers. For example you may want voice calls to be diverted to voice mail when the phone is switched off.

1From Idle mode press B 7 to enter the Call Divert menu

2Press B

3Use e to select the circumstances to initiate the divert and press B

4Enter phone number to divert to and press B

You can also retrieve a phone number to divert to - See “Retrieve/Edit Phonebook Entries” page 12.

When a divert situation is enabled the divert icon (t) is displayed.

When updating or checking the status of Call Divert the phone must be registered with a network.

Cancelling Diverted Calls

From Idle mode press B 72B

Holding Calls and Call Waiting

Holding/Resuming a Call

1During a call, press B when Hold is displayed in the main option area

2To continue a call on hold, press B when Resume is displayed in the main option area

Making a Second Call

During a call, enter a phone number or recall from Phonebook – see “Retrieve/Edit Phonebook Entries ” page 12 and press D

The first call is placed on hold.
