Using the Turbo Dial Function

The Turbo Dial® function enables you to dial numbers stored in locations 01-09 with the push of a single button:

Press and hold a number 1- 9on the keypad. You hear a two-tone alert and then your call is placed.

Your phone’s Priority Call feature gives you fast access to any number stored in location 01. To learn more about this feature, see “Activating Priority Calling” on page 45.

Making Notes on the Scratchpad

In addition to your internal phone book, you also have a built-in scratchpad for making quick notes. The scratchpad remembers the last phone number that your phone displays.

Entering a Number in the Scratchpad

If you are on the phone and your party gives you another number to call, enter the number on the scratchpad so you can place the call later.

1Enter the number into the keypad. (The person on the line can hear tones as you dial.)

2Press Eto end the current call, if necessary.

3Press Sto call the number you saved on the Scratchpad.

Storing Numbers During a Call

You can also store numbers during a call:

1Enter the number into the keypad. (The person on the line can hear tones as you dial.)

2Press å, then continue storing with step 3 in “Storing Names and Numbers” on page 19.
