19.11If either party delays or does not take action to enforce their rights under the contract this does not prevent either party from taking action later.

19.12If any of the terms in this contract are not valid or legally enforceable the other terms will not be affected. We may replace any term that is not legally effective with a similar term that is.

The following words and expressions shall have the following meanings: Accessories

goods designed for use with but not part of Phones and approved by Orange, including (without limitation) batteries, chargers, car kits, headsets and carry cases.

Charges

the charges for pay as you go as published in our periodically updated list of charges (defined herein as ‘Price Guide’) Connection
