Saving the Tone

Sequence

You can save your numbers in your Phonebook together with tone se- quences (digits), e.g. for remote reply of an answering machine.

IEnter the number.

￿Hold down until a “+” ap- pears (pause during connec- tion setup).

IEnter the digits.

￿If necessary insert more pauses to ensure that the numbers are processed se- curely on the receiver side.

Sending a Tone Sequence

A tone sequence can be entered man- ually after a connection has been set up:

Service numbers

Your service provider can equip your SIM card with service numbers. If this case, you will see <Service numbers> as an entry in your Phonebook.

Information Numbers

Your service provider can equip your SIM card with information numbers. These numbers can be stored together in directories (e.g. hotels, weather). The numbers or directories are auto- matically available as entries in the Phonebook.

If ￿￿appears beside an entry, it can only be dialled in the local network.

Dialling Information Numbers

[Menu] Phonebook <Info Numbers>

-Scroll to the required directory.

[Select] Press to open the directory.

-Scroll to the required entry.

=Press. The number is di- alled.

Active Line

The line is active in the following exam- ple. You can switch to Line ￿.
