Personal Information Manager (PIM)

Your phone has a Personal Information Manager which includes a calendar, notebook, alarm clock, and calculator. Select PIM on the main menu to access the Personal Information Manager.

Calendar

Your phone has a calendar which you can use to keep track of your appointments. To navigate the calendar:

Select PIM>Calendar. Press the up and down navigation key to scroll through the days.

Hold down the key continuously to go back or forward a week.

By scrolling beyond the first or last days of the month, you can view the previous or next month.

When you select a day, appointments for the day appear.

Adding a new appointment

1.Scroll to the desired day on the calendar.

2.Select Options>New Appt.

3.Several fields appear for you to enter details about the date, time, and type of meeting, and alerts, and reminders. Scroll to select fields.

Use the number keys to change the Start Time, End Time, Subject and Note fields.
