11.2Available options

You can access options in two different ways. You can either select the icon and then press , or confirm “Options” when you consult a page.

While creating or modifying a profile, you can choose the transmission mode: GPRS/GSM, GPRS or GSM. If you select the GPRS/GSM transmission mode, GSM mode is activated if GPRS mode is not available.

To create a new profile, you are required to replace the following parameters (1):

-Profile name

-Homepage

-IP address

-Security

-Bearer choice (GPRS/GSM, GPRS, GSM)

-Push parameters

-Validate

If you have selected the GPRS transmission mode, you must fill in the following parameters:

-Authentication (2) (user name and password)

-APN (1)

(1)Enter the information supplied by your access provider.

(2)Depending on type of profile.
