The sound quality of calls is poor

•Make sure that your SIM card directory is not full; delete some files or save the files in the product directory (i.e. your professional or personal directories)
•Check the “Call barring” option for “incoming calls” to be sure that the “Exc. directory” feature is not activated

My callers are unable to leave messages on my voice mail

•Try later if the network is busy
