BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Thank you for selecting the revolutionary NordicTrack® 5600 R treadmill. The 5600 R treadmill combines ad- vanced technology with innovative design to help you get the most from your exercise program in the conve- nience of your home. And when you’re not exercising, the unique 5600 R treadmill can be folded up, requiring less than half the floor space of other treadmills.

For your benefit, read this manual carefully before using the treadmill. If you have additional questions, please call our Customer Service Department toll-free

at 1-888-825-2588, Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. Mountain Time (excluding holidays). To help us assist you, please note the product model number and serial number before calling. The model number of the treadmill is NTL18940. The serial num- ber can be found on a decal attached to the treadmill (see the front cover of this manual for the location).
