GETTING STARTED / SELECTING A PROGRAM
1Check to make sure nothing is on or will hinder the movement of the treadmill.
2Plug in the power cord and turn the treadmill ON.
Stand on the side rails of the treadmill.
Attach the safety key clip to part of your clothing.
QUICK START
1Press the start button and begin exercising.
2Program will automatically default to Manual (P1), the time will count up from 0:00, and the speed will default to 0.5 MPH.
The speed and incline can be adjusted during the workout.
SELECTING PROGRAMS
1Use the speed or incline arrow keys to scroll through programs. Press enter.
2Select the time using the speed or incline arrow keys.
Press the START button to begin the program.
AFTER YOUR WORKOUT
Finishing YOUR WORKOUT
When your workout is complete, the console will flash and beep. Your workout information will stay displayed on the console for 30 seconds and then reset.
CLEAR CURRENT SELECTION
To clear the current program selection or screen, hold the Stop button for

Allows “On The Fly” manual speed and incline changes.
P 2 : INTERVALS
Walk or run a series of alternating paced speed levels.
