HOW TO ADJUST THE POSITION OF THE SEAT
For effective exercise, the seat should be in the proper position. As you pedal, there should be a slight bend in your knees when the pedals are the farthest away.
To adjust the seat, lift the seat tab in front of the seat, slide the seat to the desired position, and then
release the seat tab. Important: After you adjust the seat, make sure that your knees will not hit the
console when you pedal.

You can even measure your heart rate using the
The console also offers four Smart workout programs. Each program automatically changes the resistance of the pedals and prompts you to increase or decrease your pace as it guides you through an effective workout.

the face of the console, remove it. | The console can |
show speed and distance in either miles or kilome- |
