16.Route file second CABLE(THE ENDWITHOUTWHITEBALL) under the LOWPULLEYa~tached to the LOWPULLEYSUPPORT on the UPRIGHTFP~V~E. SECURELYfi~en the PULLEY CONNECTIONafter the CABLEhas been routed.
Route file CABLEup and around the SECONDPULLEYassembled to the CONNECTORPLATES from STEP14 and downto the inside bolt connection of the LATUPRIGHT.
SECURELYassemble the CABLEENDto the 3/8 X

17.TIGHTEN ALL LOOSE BOLT CONNECTIONFROMSTEPS 5,10,11, AND 14.
18.Attach eight (8) PARAGLIDESTRIPS to the KNEEHOLDDOWNSUPPORT(FOUR ON EACH END)as shownin (DETAILC) using the following steps:
Thoroughly clean all surfaces where the PARAGLIDESTRIPSare to be attached.
®Removethe PAIL&GLIDESTPOPSfrom the paper bacldng and fLrmly apply them to all shown surfaces.
19.SECURELYAssemble one (1) SPRINGPIN ASSEMBLYto the SPRING PIN BARRELof the KNEE
¯HOLDDOWNSUPPORT, as shownin (DETAIL C). (!!!/MPORTANT !!! TIGHTEN THE OF TH_E SPRING PIN ASSEMBLYSECURELY)
20.Attach two (2) CA2,RIAGEGUIDESto the KNEEHOLDDOWNSUPPORTas shown in (DETAIL
C).
21.SECURELYassemble file KNEE HOLDDOWNSUPPORTto the ARMCURL FRAMEas shown on drawing using one (1) 1/2 iX
NUT. (BEFORE TIGHTENING MAKE, SURE KNEE HOLD DOWNSUPPORT IS UP TIGHT AGAINST THE BAR HOLDER OF THE ARM CURL FRAME)
22.Insert the ARMCURLFRAMEinto the ANGLEDTUBEon the LATBASEas shown on drawing, and secure inplace using one (1) THUhdBSC1LEW.
23.Insert one (1)
24.Assemble two (2) ROLLERPADSto the KNEEHOLDDOWNTUBEas shown on drawing using one
(1)ROLLERPAD SHAFTand two (2) 3/4 IN. STARLOCKCOLLARS.
25.Pull back on the SPRINGPIN oll the KNEEHOLDDOWNSUPPORTand insert the KNEEHOLD DOWNTUBEdownto file desired hole setting and release the SPRINGPIN. Secure in place with one
