One disc playback

When 2 or 3 CDs are loaded on the disc trays, you can select one particular disc to be played back.

On the remote control ONLY:

1 Load CDs.

¥If the current playing source is not CD, press CD 6, then 7 before going to the next step.

2 Press REPEAT repeatedly so that the 1DISC indicator lights up on the display.

3 Press one of the disc number buttons (DISC1, DISC2 or DISC3) you want to playback.

Playback stops when all tracks of the selected disc are played once and resumes to All disc play.

To stop playback, press 7.

¥For MP3/WMA disc, this unit can store the number of the track that you have stopped playback. By pressing

CD 3 (CD 6 on the remote control), you can start playback again from the beginning of the same trackÑ Resume play (see also page 17).

To remove the disc, press 0.

To exit from One disc playback, press REPEAT repeatedly so that ALL DISC indicator lights up on the display.

The following operations will also cancel the One disc playback and restore All disc playback

¥When the playback is stopped.

¥When the unit is turned off.

¥When the carrousel is opened.

¥When the playing source is changed.

Advanced CD Operations

During the playback of CD, the following operations are available.

To skip to the another CD in the carrousel

Press DISC SKIP on the unit.

To stop playback for a moment

During playback, press 8. ÒPAUSEÓ appears on the display.

To resume playback, press CD 3.

When using the remote control, press CD 3/8.

To locate a particular point of a track

During playback, press and hold ¡ or 1.

¥ ¡: Fast forwards the disc.

¥ 1: Fast reverses the disc.

When using the remote control, press and hold ¢/¡ or 4/1.

To go to another track

For Audio CD:

Turn the PRESET +/Ð, ¢/4 control.

¥¢: Skips to the beginning of the next or succeeding tracks.

¥4: Goes back to the beginning of the current or previous tracks.

When using the remote control, press ¢/¡ or 4/1.

If you turn the PRESET +/–, ¢/4 control (press ¢/¡ or 4/1 on the remote control) to select a track while in stop mode

The selected track starts playback.
