USE LIFTING CRADLES TO

POSITION 2nd END.

INSTALLING PURLINS AND RIDGE BARS

USE SAME TECHNIQUE AS ABOVE AND

THE LONG LIFTING POLE WITH CRADLE

TO INSTALL THE PURLINS AND RIDGE

EAVE BAR (AT THE PEAK)

COMPLETING THE 1ST BAY

REMOVE CROSS-CABLE FROM 2ND BEAM

IN 20’ MID BAYS ONLY, INSTALL A SUPPORT PURLIN

BETWEEN THE EAVE AND THE PURLIN AT THE MID-RAFTER

LOCATION. THIS SUPPORT WILL BRACE AGAINST INWARD

DEFLECTION OF THE EAVE BAY THAT COULD OTHERWISE

RESULT IN WATER PONDING IN THE 20 FT BAY.
