REPLACING BATTERY
Warning !!!
Safely dispose of the old battery. Do not place them within children's reach. If a battery is
swallowed by accident, consult a doctor immediately.
When the factory loaded battery has worn out, replace it with a new one according to the follow- ing instruction:
NOTE !: Always replace both batteries at the same time (the one in the main unit and the one in the chest belt).

The battery life shown in this manual is not definitive and it varies depending on the use environment.
Caution:
When replacing the battery in the main unit it is highly recommended that you have this operation done by a professional jeweler who can test the unit for watertightness after re- sealing it.

1.Remove four screws on the back cover of the main unit using a precision screwdriver No.0.
2.Slide the battery lock to the direction of the arrow in the figure.
3.Replace it with a new lithium battery (CR2032) with (+) pole facing upward. Fasten the battery with the battery lock.
4.Replace the back cover and tighten the screws using a precision screwdriver No.0. After replacing the battery, you MUST press AC button and set the clock time again.
