BEFORE YOU BEGIN

ELLIPTICAL OPERATION

CONDITIONING GUIDELINES &

A) Open HARDWARE BAG FOR STEP 4.

B)Align the LINK ARM AXLE on the LEFT LOWER LINK ARM with the RIGHT PEDAL ARM.

C)Slide the SPACER (H) through the LINK ARM AXLE and the PEDAL ARM until it can no longer rotate.

D)Insert 2 FLAT WASHERS (G) between the PEDAL ARM and the LINK ARM AXLE.

E)Secure the joint with a FLAT WASHER (E) and BOLT (F).

F)Repeat on the other side.

A)Open HARDWARE BAG FOR STEP 5.

B)Slide SPACER (O) into LOWER LINK ARM.

C)Place 2 TEFLON WASHERS (I) on both sides of SPACER (O). While holding TEFLON WASHERS (I), slide LOWER LINK ARM into bottom end of LOWER HANDLEBAR.

D)Insert 1 BOLT (J) into LOWER HANDLEBAR and secure using 1 NUT (L).

E)Repeat on other side.

F)Attach the INSIDE and OUTSIDE ELBOW COVERS to the right LOWER LINK ARM using 2 SCREWS (N).

G)Repeat on other side.

Confirm that the

LOWER HANDLEBAR

and the LOWER LINK ARM

are marked R. The left side is marked L.
