Connecting the Heart Rate Sensor Cable

The heart rate sensor cable passes through the cutaway opening at the upper left corner of the back plate, then down to the small circuit board at the lower left of the console. The following illustration shows how the cable should look once it is installed.

Connecting the Power Cable

Like the tuner, the console’s upper circuit board is equipped with a cable adapter that relieves you of attempting to attach a cable to a recessed jack. To connect the power cable, route it through the cutaway opening at the upper left corner of the back plate and plug it in to this adapter.

The following illustration shows how the cable should look once it is installed.
