How do I extend the battery‘s life?

Choose a simple watch face, with few animations. Use only the „Time“ channel. Make sure that the „Audio“ setting is on „ALL OFF“. Stop radio reception by placing the „Ra- dio“ setting on „OFF“. Place your watch in „sleep“ mode (see page 21).

So long as you are in an area covered by , you should not have to set the time by hand. Your watch is radio- synchronized with a reference clock. The initial synchroniza- tion may take a few minutes. The phrase „Time set by net- work“ on the „Set time“ menu of the „Settings“ mode

indicates that you are in an reception area.

If you are outside an reception area, you can define the time and date on your watch by hand (see page 21).
