CE and FCC conformance

The CE mark on the back of your watch indicates that it is in conformity with the European Union EMC directive 89/336/EEC.

General informations

It is also in conformity with section 15 of the FCC restric- tions concerning class B digital devices, which means that this equipment generates, uses and can emit radiofrequen- cy waves and, if it is not installed or used in accordance with the instructions, may cause interferences harmful to radio communications. There is no guarantee that no inter- ferences will occur at a particular time. If this equipment causes interferences harmful to other devices, try to solve the problem by changing its position.

Contact an official SWATCH® dealer or an authorized SWATCH® Service Center if you cannot solve the pro- blem yourself. Repair operations are subject to the follo- wing conditions:

1.This instrument must not cause harmful interference and

2.must withstand any interference received, including that which could entail unwanted repair operations. SWATCH Ltd. Customer Service ensures perfect mainte- nance of your SWATCH® watch. If your watch needs care, entrust it to an official SWATCH® dealer or to an authori- zed SWATCH® Service Center appearing on the list avai- lable under:www.swatch.com/service/contacts.

These centers alone can guarantee service in line with the standards of SWATCH Ltd. All repairs performed by an unauthorized Service Center invalidate the warranty.
