•Slide the fork axle up through the hole in the handlebar assembly, steering stop, vehicle frame and out through the upper hole in the handlebar assembly.
•Tap the cap nut with a hammer to secure the cap nut on the fork axle. Pull on the cap nut to be sure it
is secure.
Hint: You may need the help pf another adult to support the other end of the fork axle while you tap the cap nut.
