"BLOWN" FUSE

If you are charging the battery for the first time, insert a 25 amp fuse into the battery.

Note: The top of the fuse will not be flush with the top of the battery when properly installed.

If you are recharging your battery, make sure the 25 amp fuse already installed in the battery is in good condition. Remove the fuse from the battery and look at it to make sure it is not blown. Replace a blown fuse with a new Power Wheels® 25 amp fuse.

Note: If power flow to the wall outlet is controlled by a switch, make sure the switch is “ON”.

Before first-time use, charge the battery for at least 18 hours. Never charge the battery longer than 30 hours.
