9 Handlebars

Fairing
•Fit the fender onto the ends of the handlebars. (Make sure the end of the fender marked FRONT is facing toward the front of the vehicle.)
•Slide the fender up the handlebars to the fairing.

•Fit one end of the front axle into a cap nut.
•Tap the front axle with a hammer to secure the cap nut on the front axle.

•Remove the rubber bands from the shock sets and dispose of the rubber bands.
•Using safety scissors, cut the four shock set halves from the runner. Carefully trim excess plastic and dispose of the runner and all excess plastic.
•Sort the inner shock halves from the outer shock halves.
Note: The inner shock halves have a peg.
