Program selector

The program selector determines the type of the washing cycle. The different setting positions have the following effect:

(PREWASH)

Cold prewash before the main wash which follows automatically (not selectable for the Woollens setting).

(STAIN)

To treat heavily soiled washing or stained washing with stain remover (extended main wash with time optimised stain remover rinse, not selectable for Woollens setting).

(MAIN WASH)

Main wash for normally soiled washing (washing rinsing/fabric soften- ing, spinning).

(QUICK WASH)

Shortened main wash cycle for slightly soiled washing
