machine proposes a temperature and automatically selects the maximum spin value provided for the programme you have chosen. You can change these values by operating buttons 5 and 6. The duration of the selected washing programme is shown on the display (4.6).

Important! If you press one of these buttons while a programme is running, the red pilot light of button 10 blinks three times and Err is displayed to show a wrong selection.

Temperature button (5)

Press this button repeatedly to increase or decrease the temperature, if you want your laundry to be washed at a temperature different from the one proposed by the washing machine (4.1).

Spin (6)

By pressing this button you can change the spin speed of the selected programme or to select the available function (s).

Options - Prewash/Stain/ Intensive/Easy Iron (7)

Press this button repeatedly, to select only one of the following options:

Prewash: by selecting this option the machine performs a prewash cycle before the main wash phase. The washing time will be prolonged. This option is recommended for heavily soiled laundry. This is only required with very soiled laundry. The prewash ends with a short spin in the Cottons and Synthetics programme settings, whereas in Delicates the water is just drained.

Stain: select this option if you wish to add a stain phase to the washing of stained or heavily soiled laundry. This function is available with a temperature of 40° or higher. The washing time will be prolonged by a few minutes.

Pour a stain removing detergent into the compartment marked .

Intensive: select this option for heavily soiled laundry. The washing intensity will be increased and the washing time will be prolonged.

Easy iron: The laundry will be gently washed and spun to avoid any creasing. In this way ironing is easier. Furthermore the machine will perform additional rinses. This function can be used for cotton and synthetic fabrics.

Extra Rinse (8)

This appliance is designed to save energy. If it necessary to rinse the laundry using an extra quantity of water (extra rinse), select this option. Some additional rinses will be performed. This option is recommended for people who are allergic to detergents, and in areas where the water is very soft.

Quick (9)

This option can be used for lightly soiled laundry. The washing time will be reduced according to type of fabric and the selected temperature.

Start Pause (10)

This button allows you to start or to interrupt the selected programme.
