Programme Dial (2)

It allows you to switch the appliance on/off and/or to select a programme.

Spin (3)

By pressing this button you can change the spin speed of the selected programme or to select the available function (s).

None

By selecting this function all the spinning phases are cancelled and the last rinse water is drained. If you set this option with programmes for cotton, synthetics and delicates, the machine will perform some extra rinses.

Prewash (4)

By pressing this button repeatedly, you can select only one of the following options:

7Quick button

8Start/Pause button

9Door lock light

10Delay start button

11Display - Wash time

Prewash: the machine performs a prewash cycle before the main wash phase. The washing time will be prolonged. This option is recommended for heavily soiled laundry. The prewash ends with a short spin in programmes for cotton and synthetic fabrics, whereas in the programme for delicate fabrics the water is only drained. Stain: the machine adds a stain phase to the washing of heavily soiled laundry. The washing time will be prolonged by a few minutes.

Pour a stain removing detergent into the compartment marked .

This function is available with a temperature of 40° or higher.

Rinse hold: the machine will not drain the water of the last rinse, this will ensure the minimum of creasing to laundry. Before opening the door the water must be drained.
