Wheels and Leg Extenders to Cart

Turn cart assembly upside down.

Insert axle rod through wheel, wheel spacer, legs and other wheel. Be sure to face “cone” side of wheel against leg. Attach with (1)

axle washer and hitch pin.

Hammer leg extenders into right legs.
