Complete accessory installation

You will need: work table, accessory rack, warming rack, four tubing plugs and thermometer.

Set the accessory rack across the bottom braces in front of the frame connector. Figure 24 (a).

Open the lid and set the warming rack into the slots at the rear of the cooking box. Figure 24 (b).

Set the work table onto the left side rails and work table spacer. Figure 24 (c).

Note: Work table should rest between the frame rails and on the work table spacer installed in “Add cooking box” step.

Insert the thermometer into its holder. Figure 24 (d).

Insert the tubing plugs into the ends of the frame. To fully seat the plugs, you may have to tap them lightly with a hammer. Figure 24 (e).
