6. Une fois que la manchette est correctement positionnée, pressez fermement le Velcro contre la face rugueuse de la manchette. L’anneau métallique ne doit pas toucher votre peau.

7.Détendez-vous complètement, en particulier la

zone se trouvant entre votre coude et vos doigts. Posez votre coude sur une table afin que la manchette se trouve au même niveau que votre coeur. Evitez de vous pencher en arrière pendant les mesures.

10 Mesure

10.1Important

1.Ce moniteur s’éteint automatiquement 1 minute après la dernière opération.

2.Pour interrompre une mesure, il vous suffit d’appuyer sur n’importe quelle touche. Le manchon se dégonfle dès que vous appuyez sur un bouton.

3.Pendant la prise de tension, ne parlez pas et ne bougez pas votre bras ou les muscles de votre main.

4.Après chaque mesure, le résultat sera automatiquement sauvegardé. Le BPM ARM 3301 est doté de 3 zones de mémoire pour chacun des 30 emplacements. Sélectionnez la zone de mémoire désirée avant la mesure (voir §11)

1.Pressez plusieurs fois la touche SET afin de sélectionner la zone de mémoire désirée.

2.Pressez la touche START/STOP afin de commencer la mesure. La manchette gonflera jusqu’à l’obtention du niveau qui vous convient.

3.Une fois que vous avez atteint le niveau qui vous convient, la manchette dégonflera.
