9 Bruke mansjetten

1.5cm

1.Ta av armbåndsur, smykker, osv. før du tar på håndleddsmonitoren. Ermer på klær må brettes opp.

2.Trykk på arterien i overarmen med to fingre omtrent 2,5 cm over albuen på innsiden av ven- stre arm for å bestemme hvor din sterkeste puls er.

3.Trekk enden av mansjetten lengst unna slangen gjennom metallringen slik at den danner en løkke. Det myke tøystykket må være på innsiden av mansjetten. Borrelåsen vil være på utsiden av mansjetten.

4.Legg venstre arm gjennom mansjettsløyfen. Bun- nen av mansjetten skal være omtrent 1,5 cm over albuen. Mansjetten må ligge over overarmsarter- ien på innsiden av armen.

5.Trekk i mansjetten slik at de øvre og nedre kan- tene er stamt rundt armen din.
