To change the controller position:

 

1.

Turn off the power to the controller.

 

2.

Loosen the rear shroud fasteners and remove the

 

 

rear shroud.

 

3.

Unplug the controller connectors from the power pod.

4.

Cut the wire ties that attach the controller cable to

FOOTREST

 

the armrest.

EXTENSION

 

 

5.

Locate the setscrew on the underside of the armrest.

 

 

See figure 20.

ADJUSTMENT

6.

Slide the controller out of the armrest.

7.

Loosen the setscrew in the other armrest.

 

8.

Place the controller in the other armrest.

 

9.

Tighten the setscrew to secure the controller.

 

10.

Route the controller connector to the back of the power

 

 

base and secure the controller cable to the armrest

 

 

receiver with wire ties.

 

11.

Plug the controller connectors into the power pod. See

Figure 21. Swing-Away Footrests

12.

Reinstall the rear shroud and tighten the fasteners.

 

Swing-away Footrests

 

Swing-away Footrests (SFRs) enable you to rotate the foot-

To rotate the SFRs:

1.

Push in the release lever. See figure 21.

ADJUSTMENT SCREWS

Rotate the SFRs.

 

To adjust the SFR length:

 

1.

Remove the two adjustment screws from the side of

 

 

each foot rest extension. See figure 21.

 

2.

Slide the foot rest up or down to the desired length.

 

3.

Reinstall the two adjustment screws.

Elevating Leg Rests

Elevating Leg Rests (ELRs) offer an infinite range of adjust- ment for the leg angle and a footrest adjustment range of 12–19 in.

To rotate the ELRs:

1.Push in release lever A. See figure 22.

2.Rotate the ELRs.
