You can disassemble the scooter into several

1.Remove the seat by lifting it straight up and off of the scooter. If you encounter resistance when removing the seat, disengage the seat rotation lever and swivel the seat back and

forth while lifting up on the seat.

2Gently pull the battery shroud up and off of the scooter.

3.Disconnect the battery tie-down strap.

4.Disconnect the front-to-rear cable.

5.Unplug both battery harnesses by pulling each harness out of its mating plug. See figure 20.

6.Remove the batteries from the battery wells.

NOTE: If spacers are installed to secure the bat- teries, remove the spacers for safe keeping until the scooter is reassembled. See figure 23.

WARNING! Failure to unplug both battery harnesses and the front- to-rear cable prior to separating the front and rear sections could result in permanent damage to the scooter.
